very energized ..... the kind of energy that I have occasionally felt and found it intimidating in that I did not know what to do with it .. now I believe that I can put it to good use even if I do not at this moment know those uses ... it may require that I learn to breath and develop some new habits/patterns or rituals to calm the mind and allow vision/motivation to flow from ???????? ... but that is how it seems to work for me, speaking as some one who has very very little experience doing that.
