012: (Tue) Excitement dying down - **draft of diet&questions**

Now that my energy level has shifted a significant amount in the direction I desired (more energy) there is a sense of "the new normal" and excitement dies away and it is back to "carry water  and chop wood".
That is as it should be I suppose and so now it's back to the business of living in the new normal. My issues are otherwise unchanged, a need to get better at being and exemplifying, "breathing, stretching, hydrating, nutritionalizing and loving_kindness" along with identifying and living my passion. No small task so that should keep me busy for a bit.

Diet:
(a) Juices made wit GreenStar
(2) Dried raw fruits, nuts, seeds, and vegetables purchased or made inthe Excaliber 9-tray dehydrator.
(iii) Cooked beans and rice and desired to emphasize sprouted beans.
(IV) Raw granola and and sprouted seed crisps.
(e) Rice milk and almond milk from Walmart.
(6) ??? I have to work on this list some more ,,, this is first draft.

011: (Mon) Spirit energy ??

Don't know what else to call it. The body is not always perky and hopping but these days the spirit seems to be saying "Let's Go!'. This has been missing for a long time ........ Also new is the desire to channel the new found and emerging energy into personally and globally productive and compassionate directions. It seems a tall order but intention and desire will hopefully start the ball rolling in the right direction. In the future I will write more in this blogging place about the food we are eating as it likely plays a big part in what feels to be a transformation.

010: (Sun Nov 28th) Managing new found energy

What a great problem to have, dealing with the consequences of getting what you ask for. I am happy the way things are turning out, I get to integrate the ideas that have become part of my life in the last couple of relatively SLOW years into the increasing energy. Working at being more present in the NOW, forgiving myself for falling short in various ways and allowing others to be themselves without my heaping judgement upon them.

009: (Sat) Energy!

The new challenge feels like management of energy rather than attainment of it.
Energy is more abundant that it has been in years. Not just energy but mental alertness, inventiveness. A bit surprising is that now that I have more energy as I wished, it is not a trivial matter to use it wisely and generously but noticing that problem is a good start, I think. As I feel better and better it is challenging to keep up the routine of diet and exercise, but I think it is mandatory .

The Thanksgiving dinner last night was most wonderfully tasty and visually appealing but it left me feeling 'off'. As I awoke this morning it was great to feel resilient and able to bounce back to the new diet and energy that has been the trend this last week+.

007: ThanksGiveDay ... start icky slow and perked up end bit icky ...

Lots to give thanks for, new found healthy healing, love and opportunity and the chance to be helpful.
As Adventure Emma would say ...."Hooray!!!"
Woke up feeling the icky badish offness. Had the thought that I did the 3M-5200 exposure yesterday in the clear open air but close up.
The energy levels I am experiencing these recent days borders on incredible and such have not been experienced in last few years except for few days during the Dr. Peter cleanse.

There was a wonderful conventional Thanksgiving Dinner with a great group of people and it left me feeling a bit a bit off/icky compared to what I have been experiencing recently with all the raw food/juices/fruits/nuts ..... The great news for me is that it feels like a learning experience pointing me more firmly toward our new dietary scheme that emphasizes raw food.

006: (Wed) starts and ends with perkiness ......

Stayed up a bit late and woke a bit late but the start of the day feels good .... energy and dash of vision.
There are a lot of supplements to keep up with but it can be done!

the change in a short time is rather amazing. The energy and vision that has been missing for a few years is coming back. Caution prompts me to wait for a while before declaring victory in the battle against lethargy, but all the signs are promising.

003:(Sun Nov 21st) Starts and ends perkyish

Summary:
Seems a positive trend of energy, vigor ... there is an inclination to doubt and question the possibility of quick goodness.

Details:
Morning started rather perky, feeling ready for day and chores. Noticed that just a bit of cantaloupe smoothie brought my energy down a good bit .... the impact of 'energy of digestion'. Seriously considering getting ticket to see Dr. Nemeh in Norfolk area Dec. 6th. Would like to feel the presence of someone who is seriously doing service to others.
Had a low sugar weakness about 08:30 but drank water and ate from the 'snack bin' (seeds, nuts, dried fruit/veg) and came right back to an even keel.
Evening energy and metal clarity is good.

002 - started slow light - ended surprisingly perky

Not a perky day like yesterday. I have gotten behind on calories and hydration and find I am a bit light headed but underneath all that something feels happier and nicer than average which is a change ??
In the evening I got better about remembering to eat and drink and got chores done and did evening walk w/ MB done her auxiliary moves as we walked.

Stopped O'Donnell's and talked a bit about the MD/Healer Issam Nemeh and that I may go to see him at work when he is in the Norfolk area.

Feeling:
