I suspect that breathing is something that many/most don't give a second thought. However, I notice recently that when I awake a bit before sunrise and lay quietly for a while before turning on a light and reading/computing, that I "BREATH" slowly and deeply. That is new for me these days. Somehow it was 'to hard' to breath before and I guess I must have suffered from the lack of breath/oxygen.
What is there in this awaking to a new and nicer life that I can share with others or use to help others?
