042: (Thur) Buzzing along in good way ...

I must reflect on how to use/manage all this new found energy and vitality.
Ate a loving made egg biscuit at eric's grill and it brought me down a little bit but them I did not drink any water with it ...... OPPS ! Otherwise I seem to be bubbling over with good energy.

041: (Wed) getting perky again

I was worried about being back in the muck and mire of lethargy and lack of vision but getting back to what feels to me to be GOOD FOOD coincides with a return to perking along.

040: (Tue) Good sleep and good food, is great !!

Feeling better and wondering about the lessons of the last week or so.

039: (Mon) continued, conventional food .. yuck!

I woke up feeling perkier and late in the morning I finished the leftovers from the gourmet dinner at the Tate's. Brussel Sprouts and chestnuts and a slice of sanding rib roast tasted wonderful but it just knocked me down for the rest of the day. I didn't feel quite ill, but but definitely felt 'off center' and slow. Something was squeezing on by touchy left upper sinus and it might have been the bit of goat cheese on a cracker w/ roasted garlic ??? I got to sleep early ......

038: (Sun Dec 26th) A good lesson ...

The blah feeling I have experienced recently after eating "NORMAL" food is a great lesson. The juicing and the raw foods seem to agree with me much more than the modern western processed greasy, cheesy, overly sweet carnivore diet.

37: (Sat) YUCK-Conventional food-BLAHS .......

Had a well meaning meal of regular steak and potato and salad and deserts and it has left me really really dragging. Tonight we will do one more Christmas holiday conventional meal and then we will get back to raw and veg/fruit eating ..... Hurray!!!
Interesting that the difference is so pronounced.

I wonder abut the 'slump with energy' of the last few days? I think I was doing my old 'get dehydrated' trick so that is all or part of it. I was eating the Lowe's store brand organic pasta sauce on my dinners and maybe that is not agreeing ??

A good nights sleep and awake to more of a 'ready to do something' feeling.

less perky and goodness .....
what did I dod differently?
.... ate some prepackaged soy/veg burgers
.... did NOT keep up with hydration ??
managed to be productive and that cheers me up most always
ended up pleasantly and in bed early

025: (Mon) Breathing .. is easier these days

I suspect that breathing is something that many/most don't give a second thought. However, I notice recently that when I awake a bit before sunrise and lay quietly for a while before turning on a light and reading/computing, that I "BREATH" slowly and deeply. That is new for me these days. Somehow it was 'to hard' to breath before and I guess I must have suffered from the lack of breath/oxygen.
What is there in this awaking to a new and nicer life that I can share with others or use to help others?

Up early and going. I have to remember to BSH (breath, stretch, hydrate) to keep it all going in an effective way.

What to attribute the offness? Lack fluids, battery charging fumes, too much literot, soy vegy dairy burgers ....?

022: (Fri) Patterns emerging

Early to bed and Early to rise: awake just before sunrise seems to be working well for me.
BSH: Breath Stretch Hydrate is very helpful when I remember to do it.

My Questions: 
What foods are in my personal "Ideal Foods Profile"?
What effects do "Other Foods" have on me?
Soy and Canola Oil, ....... It was suggested I avoid them.
GMO soy was mentioned, what about non-GMO soy?
Whats up with canola oil?

Examples of 'other' would start with refined sugar, meat, animal fats, wheat, ... ???

021: (Thur) Zippy, buzzz, calm control

Zippy, some sense of energy out of control but by (a) service to others and (b) BSH (Breath, Stretch, Hydrate) the day was happy and productive.

020: (Wed) Early to bed early to rise ...... zippy all day

Up a bit before sunrise and its a good time to read and study (IOS programming right now). I feel full of motivation, how new and wonderful that is.

Have been overflowing with energy all day in a very good way. I have to guard against impatience and being testy and unpleasant then.

019: (Tue) still have chores to do, habits for form

Got up early as has been common lately, and was a busy beaver doing household chores. Seems that I have work to do remembering to Breath, Stretch and Hydrate. It feels easier these days but is not a given, it requires an effort ...... so it goes !

018: (Mon) Better and better and better ...

When I got home last night from Virginia, I met my wife as our cars reached the entrance to the subdivision at the same time ...( we were ment to be together )...
I was much more upbeat and energetic and perky and pleasant than has been the pattern the last couple of years.
Looking forward to continuing in this manner and trying to pass it on and pay it forward.

017: (Sun Dec 5th) Dr. Nemeh's prayers, No Lightning bolts ....

After a pleasant snowy night van camping in the church's parking lot near Norfolk, VA, I went for long walk and meditated on my hopes and aspirations, then I attended the service and saw the same sort of events that are on the videos of Dr. Nemeh's service's.
People that Dr. Nemeh prayed over were backed up by men from the church and while I was there ( about 45 minutes ) about 4 people where lowered to the floor. The first lady Dr. Nemeh prayed over was one of these and she was still on the floor seemingly in a trance when I left. The others awoke with in minutes.
Upon leaving, the question I had was, "What if anything was different?

015: (Fri) Prepare for travel to faith healing service

Energy is bountiful and I am preparing to travel 250+ mi north to attend a healing service given by  'Issam Nemeh' a Catholic MD/Cardiologist ( http://drnemeh.com/ ) turned spiritual healer. He attends to people seeking healing at services given at churches, and the group that supports him in this is ( http://www.pathtofaith.com/ ).

I have been feeling rather terrific since starting the the course of supplements suggested by ( http://www.medicalmedium.net/ ) so my interest is to be close to or a part of a genuine spiritual event.

I do not usually like the buzz of energy from caffeine. The energy I am feeling recently comes close to that .....  but it is what I asked for and it is not just energy but is also a mental alertness that has been long missing. I am excited at the productivity that is being unleashed as I learn to manage the energy and my responses to the energy,     Buzzzzzzzzzz    , need to remember to share the wealth.
