088: (mon) These days bad is much better !
I have not felt good for a while but the big thing I notice is that I am somehow gentler inside and with myself so 'bad' is better than it used to be. How wonderfully odd that sounds.
Seems I am falling short when it comes to diet and exercise, so i am doing it to myself.
The good news is that I am careful about what I eat, but I do no eat enough of it and still tend to go for a few easy things instead of for good variety. Aerobic exercise not a regular thing for me but at least stretching is. I am getting non-arobic workouts doing small construction around the house and that helps me feel better because of the physical movement and the sense of accomplishment. I started a few days ago trying to be better about eating more vegetables during the day. Also I seem to be be better able go to a place of body awareness when I feel 'OFF' and accept and analyze and maybe treat it, rather than judge it and get moody. That feel like a big accomplishment. We are trying 'Laughing Meditation' in or own small way and I think it is a very good thing.
